Morning Medley Announces 4th Session Coming Soon!

MORNING MEDLEY: Session 4


This instructor-led group fitness class includes a motivating mix of aerobics, resistance training, interval work, and circuit training.

Participants will build cardio-respiratory endurance, muscle strength, and flexibility while burning calories and improving body composition.

Beginners, exercise enthusiasts, and all adults in between are welcome!

Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays 9:15 am-10:15 am.

Begins Wednesday, February 19th through Wednesday, March 25th.

16 classes for $30.

 

Please bring an exercise mat for floor work.

The class size is limited.
