This instructor-led group fitness class includes a motivating mix of aerobics, resistance training, interval work, and circuit training. Participants will build cardiorespiratory endurance, muscle strength, and flexibility while burning calories and improving body composition. Beginners, exercise enthusiasts, and all adults in between are welcome!
