This instructor-led group fitness class includes a motivating mix of aerobics, resistance training, interval work, and circuit training.
Participants will build cardio-respiratory endurance, muscle strength, and flexibility while burning calories and improving body composition.
Beginners, exercise enthusiasts, and all adults in between are welcome!
Class meets Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, 9:15 a.m. – 10:15 a.m. beginning on Monday, November 4 and ending on Wednesday, December 18. No class on Monday, November 11, Wednesday, November 27, or Friday, November 29.
17 classes for $30.
Please bring an exercise mat for floor work.
Class size is limited.
