This instructor-led group fitness class includes a motivating mix of aerobics, resistance training, interval work, and circuit training.
Participants will build cardio-respiratory endurance, muscle strength, and flexibility while burning calories and improving body composition.
Beginners, exercise enthusiasts, and all adults in between are welcome!
Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays 9:15 am-10:15 am
Begins Friday, January 3 through Friday, February 14.
No class on January 20.

Please bring an exercise mat for floor work.
