Adult Exercise Class

MORNING MEDLEY

This instructor-led group fitness class includes a motivating mix of aerobics, resistance training, interval work, and circuit training.

Participants will build cardio-respiratory endurance, muscle strength, and flexibility while burning calories and improving body composition.

Beginners, exercise enthusiasts, and all adults in between are welcome!

Class meets Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays 9:15 am – 10:00 am beginning on Wednesday, September 25th and ending on Wednesday, October 30th. No class on Monday, October 14th.

15 classes for $30. 

Please bring an exercise mat for floor work.

Class size is limited.
